local farmers' markets instead? Eating a healthy, balanced diet
is the best way to nourish your body while keeping your
calories down.
Make your food with natural ingredients and stay away from
the pre-packaged items as these contain plenty of ingredients
that your body doesn't need. Even better, food made with
natural ingredients is cheaper in the long run that a regular
diet of pre-packaged or processed food.
3. Talk to your doctor
Your doctor can help you form a plan of attack to burn belly
fat and stay healthy. Together you and your doctor can decide
what exercise routine is best for you, which foods you should
be eating and how many calories you should be consuming each
day. Your doctor will help you figure out a goal weight and
together you can decide how you will get (and stay) there.
