for some vegetables. By trading in the unhealthy food for
healthy food and then learning how to control your portions you
will go a long way to increasing your body's health. When your
body is healthy it is easier to get in shape and work on your

Eating healthy food will give you more energy, improve your
mood and brain function. What's better, healthy foods will keep
you feeling full for a lot longer than the unhealthy foods
will! This means that you will eat less and along with it,
reducing stomach fat!
3. Practice Proper Posture
Do you know how much energy and muscle strength it takes to
sit up strength for a lengthy period of time? It is much easier
to simply slouch in your chair or lean forward. By maintaining
proper posture at all times, you are performing very low impact
abdominal and torso muscle exercises! Your abs will be working
to keep your shoulders supported and your stomach won't be able
to slump over the waistband of your jeans!
These are just three simple tips that, after reading through
them, should seem like no-brainers. The trick is that you have
to practice these tips constantly or they won't work! You can't
just eat healthy sometimes or exercise once in a while.

lifestyle or the fat you lose today will be resting on your
