How To Burn Belly Fat The
Easy Way
If you are truly serious about learning how to
burn belly fat, you have probably already read plenty of
articles that advocate a simple healthy diet and regular
exercise routine. Sure it's easy to speak in generalities and
talk about eating healthy foods, avoiding fatty foods and
exercising regularly, but what about speaking in exact terms.
If you would like to know some exact foods to eat and exact
exercises to do, read on!
Food
1. Whenever you can, make your own food. This will ensure
that you only allow natural ingredients to be used in the
different things you eat. Buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

your own! When you use natural ingredients you are ensuring
that your body is able to process or eliminate every part of
every food you eat—which means that it won't be storing
anything as fat!
2. There are certain foods that are known for burning belly
fat. Citrus fruits, garlic, berries, apples, ginger, cayenne
pepper, bananas, soybeans and some dairy products are known for
helping the body to fight against fat absorption. Some of these
foods even contain elements that will grab onto the fat content
of other foods and help the body pass this fat as waste.
3. When buying packaged food, steer clear of foods with high
fructose corn syrup, refined or processed fours and sugars and
artificial ingredients like artificial colors or flavoring.
Exercise
1. Focus on exercises that strengthen your muscles and raise
your heart rate, which strengthens your cardiovascular system.
These exercises tend to burn more calories than passive
exercises like yoga or lengthening exercises. Even better,
these calories increase blood flow to all areas of the body,
allowing the body to strengthen itself equally.
2. When doing abdominal muscle training, add some strength
training in. Instead of doing crunches on the floor, do them on
an exercise ball. Use exercise bands to work your calf and
thigh muscles. This also causes you to burn more calories and
work the muscles you might not want to focus on.
3. When pressed for time opt for an activity that works your
entire body like swimming, the elliptical trainer or the rowing
machine. These activities work all of your muscle groups at the
same time which can increase your heart rate and cause more
calories to be burned.
4. Make sure that you vary your workout routine. When you do
the same exact exercises every day, your body gets bored and
will plateau. When the exercise starts to feel too easy,
increase the intensity of your workout routine in order to keep
your body working. You should also alternate your workout—you
should have at least one "easy" day between each "hard" day of
exercise. This allows your body to build your muscles back up
and strengthen them so that they'll be better prepared for your
next "hard" day at the gym.
These are just a few simple tips to help learn how to burn
belly fat and keep it from coming back!
